The authors, together with the customer, sought to create a universal multi-functional building with space as a center of tolerance, representing a bright architectural and artistic image that should organically fit into the urban and architectural environment of the city.

All versions presented in this album have a total area of premises ranging from 6000m2 to 12000m2
