All of three variants feature by architectural style and principal different solutions of the masterplan.
In presented variants, architects considered the balance of the existing forest and free territories, so the golf field and the part of other buildings are located in the forest-free areas. The golf field will be designed with a specialized project team. We have used national symbols and features of LAOS in submitted variants, such as the plumeria flower, the dragonfly, patterns of Laos. In the first and second variant architectural traditions of Laos are traced.
